Brick House Mercantile & the Artisan Kitchen are excited to bring you a Fall & Winter Soup CSA!
ï‚· Fall: October 17 – December 12 (No Soup Nov. 28)
ï‚· Winter: January 16 – March 8
How It Works
We will open ordering for the Fall Soup CSA on Friday, September 20th and it will end on October 11th. You will have the option to choose “protein” or “vegetarian” - or both - you will order the number of pints you desire and we will make your soup each week for 8 weeks. The soups included in the CSA will be driven by our weekly menu and will include seasonally inspired soups made from scratch every week. Our vegetarian option will always be available Dairy and Gluten Free – the protein soups may or may not be, but it will be denoted. There is no limit on how many you can buy & you can buy both kinds.
Pickup
Pick-up is in the Mercantile in Dousman weekly on Thursdays during our regular hours. If you do not pick up your weekly CSA soup by Saturday each week, BHM will freeze your soup for up to 2 weeks. Do not forget to add a 6-pack of Elemental Bread Sourdough Country White rolls to order. If you add this, you will receive a 6-pack of sourdough rolls each week with your soup pick-up.

Rolls are $8/week or $64 for the 8-week CSA.

Upon checkout, please indicate if you are GF, DF, or both, and we will refrain from sending any garnishes that contain gluten or dairy.
